To schedule a return please read the requirements below and submit the Return Form at the end of this page.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be unused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must include all unused pieces, parts, and accessories that were included in your order
- All returns must be in the original packaging
Once your order is received, inspected and approved we will process the option you selected on your return form for an exchange, refund or store credit and we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return.
Missing Items or Damaged Orders
If your order is missing items or is damaged you must request a return within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, specials, deals and clearance products cannot be refunded.
Refunds, Exchanges, Store Credit
If your return follows the guidelines and is approved, you can select to exchange your item for the same product, a refund, or store credit.
- Refunds: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card. Refunds may take 7-10+ business days to process and appear on your account dependent upon your bank’s internal processes.
- Exchanges: We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges may take 7-10 days from the time your return is received and processed for your replacement product to reach you.
- Store Credit: Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique coupon code for the amount of your return.
If your return is approved for a refund, Greenpoints Reward points used for the purchase, minus the shipping costs, will be replenished into your account once your order has been processed.
If you return an item for a refund, Greenpoint Rewards points you earned for the purchase will be removed from your account once your order has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take 7-10+ business days to process and appear on your account from the time the refund is processed. The time it takes from when we process the refund to when it appears in your bank or statements is dependent upon your bank’s internal processes and policies. If you haven’t received a refund yet and are curious when it will be posted, follow these steps.
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- If you do not see a refund Then contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
