What are Greenpoints?
Every time you place an order you earn Greenpoints for discounts on future purchases. Note that you must create an account to earn Greenpoints and you can earn more here.
How do I create an Account?
Creating an account with us is easy and secure. You can create an account using the My Account button or you can create one at checkout. When you create an account you will be automatically included in our rewards program, be able manage your shipping/billing address, view order history and checkout much easier with pre-filled information.
I lost my password?
If you lost your password, use the Lost Password link on the login screen and you will receive an email with a new password (check spam or your junk folder if you don’t see it). After you have logged in you can change your password. Our site requires the use of strong passwords to ensure your privacy and security.
Is this site safe and secure?
Yes, keeping your information private and discreet is a top priority, all your information is private and your credit card information is secure, we do not store your credit card information. All payment transactions are processed through a secure checkout system using SSL encrypted security protocols.

How will the order appear on my billing statement?
The name that appears on your billing statement will be “Greenpoint” and will not reference any particular product or vaporizers.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be made through our contact form and the words “Cancelled” must appear in the subject line. If a cancelled order is shipped before receipt of written email cancellation request. Before credit can be provided the product must be returned.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from when the order was placed. To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship discreetly so we only offer flat rate shipping via UPS or FedEx ground which is typically 5-10 business days from the time the order is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from when the order was placed.

How long do I have to return an item?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but we can provide store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns Must Include
- All unused pieces, parts, accessories that were included in your order (all items must be unused)
- All returns must be in the original packaging
- All returns must include a completed return form
Once your return is received, inspected and if approved, we will process the option you selected on your return form for an exchange, refund or store credit. We will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return.
Can I return items on sale?
All sale, closeout and specials items are non refundable at this time.
My order is missing items or damaged and I’m sad.
If your order is missing items or is damaged you must request a return within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How much are points worth?
- 1 point = $.05 towards future purchases.
- 100 points = $5.00
- 200 points = $10.00
- 300 points = $20.00
- 500 points = $30.00
- 1000 points = $50.00
What are Greenpoints?
Greenpoints are reward points you can use towards discounts on future purchases.
How do I redeem Greenpoints?
On the shopping cart page you can apply coupon codes or reward points. Simply apply the number of points you want to redeem and select Submit and the discount will be displayed in your order summary.
Where to do I see how many points I have?
To view your Greenpoints, Click on My Account and Login. Once logged in you will be taken to your Dashboard where there is a section on the page titled My Points. Here you can view your points and order history.
What can I use Greenpoints for?
You can use points for anything on our website including sales and discounted items Although you cannot use points with other coupon codes.
Do Greenpoints expire?
Greenpoints do not expire, you earned them you can use them.
How many Greenpoints can I use per order?
You can use a maximum of 200 points per order.
- Points are for discounts only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points can be adjusted or removed at any time at Greenpoints sole discretion if it is identified that a user is in violation of our terms of service.
